Wraparound Services for Children and Families “WRAP”
The Josephine/Jackson County Rogue Valley Wraparound Program was one of three initial demonstration projects in Oregon for the Children’s Wraparound Initiative. This service is designed to improve care coordination for children with emotional and behavioral disorders who are involved in multiple systems, such as mental health, education, juvenile justice, education and child welfare. This model promotes collaboration between community partners to address the needs of children and families. Wraparound Services are provided by a team of these community partners, the child, and their family. The Wraparound Coordinator facilitates the creation of an individualized plan for each child and their family to ensure their success in the community, at home and at school.
