What is The Hub?
The Hub is a resource center for the community. It provides a safe, welcoming, and recovery-orientated environment where someone seeking assistance can sit, have a snack, and chat with others seeking connection. Our approach is person-centered and non-judgmental.
What’s Available at The Hub?
Case Management: The Hub has case managers who assist in connecting community members with resources such as medical services, dental care, food, substance use and mental health treatment services, housing, etc. The case managers sit with each individual to help them develop an personal intervention plan focused on meeting their needs.

They provide Substance Use Disorder screenings for individuals who come into the Hub seeking help. They also provide support for the goals that each person has for their recovery. Substance use and mental health assessments may be accessed via telehealth while at The Hub, if needed.
